About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in Amazon data, data visualization, and SQL to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets, creating insightful visualizations, and driving data-driven decisions to enhance our business operations.

Requirements


•⁠ ⁠Analyze Amazon Data*: Extract, transform, and analyze data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other Amazon-related platforms to uncover trends, insights, and performance metrics.

•⁠ ⁠Data Visualization*: Create intuitive and impactful data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present findings to stakeholders.

•⁠ SQL Database Management*: Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.

•⁠ Reporting*: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business & marketing decision-making.

•⁠ Collaboration*: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Performance and CSM to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights for our clients

•⁠ Data Integrity*: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data audits and validations.

•⁠ ⁠Process Improvement*: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency.


Qualifications*


•⁠ ⁠*Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Data Science

•⁠ ⁠*Experience*: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on Amazon data.


⁠*Technical Skills*:

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

  • Preferred - Amazon Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other Amazon-related data sources.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

  • Communication*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail*: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
